?The presence of high ?skilled, employable talent pool, in turn attracts multinational firms entering India to Bangalore. Affordable rents and relatively lower real estate costs (compared to Mumbai / New Delhi) is a contributing factor to Bangalore being a preferred destination. Despite the traffic situation and much ? required infrastructure upgrades, Bangalore retains its pull over people from across India.
?However, Bangalore, with its immense potential to emerge as a world city, should envisage itself as a growing global city; plan and address the infrastructure requirements accordingly.
